• the Oath app version;
• the steps that led to the problem;
• the exact error message, if available; and
• a screenshot, only if it contains no sensitive content.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, browsing history, or other intimate information. We do not need them to help you.

Accounts, purchases, and privacy

For account or purchase questions, contact us from the email address connected to your Oath account. For access, correction, or deletion requests, review our Privacy Policy and email us with your request.
